Yoga and meditation classes
Every yoga and meditation class will be accesible for everyone, regardless of your experience. All classes are built focussing on the breath and will encourage your nervous system to switch to the "rest and digest"stage also known as the parasympathetic nervous system. The parasympathetic nervous system allows your heart rate to slow down and stimulates the digestive system and organs. It is contrasted to the sympathetic nervous system, which is described as the “fight and flight” response that occurs in stressful situations and has mainly opposite functions.
