Yoga asana is a safe and effective form of movement, however, it is required that you take full responsibility for your own practice during a class. It is your responsibility to discuss any health concerns with a healthcare professional before attending a class and to make the teacher aware of any medical conditions, complications or physical limitations before class. You must agree to honor your body by adjusting the practice according to your own capabilities and needs to ensure that no personal injury occurs. Neither the teacher or a member of the team or can be held accountable if an injury should happen during or after a class.
